A Space That Elevates Care at 9th Street Center
Ambiente Gallerie Chiropractic’s mission is simple yet powerful: to improve lives through natural, prevention-based care. Ambiente offers chiropractic care, massage, regenerative therapy and infrared sauna in a setting unlike any other in the Twin Cities.
We spoke with owner Dr. Kari Boudreau, to learn more about her 9th Street Center business.
Why 9th Street Center?
I was looking for a new building after my former location sold. First, I wanted somewhere close by, and 9th Street Center was only a mile away. I also really like the old warehouse kind of vibe: beams, brick and mix of modern with industrial. The building offers abundant parking, and I have a nice main floor office with a private entrance that provides easy access for my patients.
What do you like about 9th Street Center?
I really like all the windows and how all the natural light comes in. It’s a highly accessible location close to I-35W, the University of Minnesota and Metro Transit. The building is both really quiet and it’s easy to get to know neighboring businesses. The place is very well managed.
What is your favorite neighborhood amenity?
Five Watt Coffee is just down the street.
What do you like about working with Hillcrest?
They are very responsible landlords. They are proactive, on top of repairs and are highly responsive!
What do you like most about your space?
I worked with architect Ali Heshmati to design the space to reflect the four elements: earth, air, water and fire. With fabric rooms, glowing fiberglass doors, rotating artwork and innovative lighting, I love how the space combines modern design with the holistic care we want to provide our clients while creating what I think is an environment that’s upbeat, inspiring and full of possibility.
